Charlene Dougan has more than 20 years of invaluable experience in the hair industry. Starting with a spectacular stint at the iconic Vidal Sassoon Salon, Charlene’s diverse expertise led her to open her dreamy hair oasis, Mint Salon, in 2008. Since its inception, the look of satisfaction and many compliments herald at clients are ongoing evidence of her skills and keen attention to detail. To satisfy and exceed her customers’ expectations, she takes the time to listen, provide detailed explanations, meaningful advice, and reassurance to ensure every client receives what they need.
